WHO WE ARE
NorthHaven’s Children’s Ministry is dedicated to teaching children that they are created and loved by God. Biblical teachings, creative activities, a community of friends and caring adult mentors are the tools we use to grow children in their faith and relationship with Christ. Because NorthHaven’s desire is to contribute to the Kingdom both within our walls and outside of them, our goal is to empower families to encourage the children in their lives. We strive to accomplish this through supporting parents and loved ones with regular communication and encouragement. We provide a monthly Parenting Support group designed to give parents a place to discuss joys and concerns and seek the support and thoughts of other parents. NorthHaven also offers a variety of family activities throughout the year. Finally, NorthHaven Church believes deeply that all children are gifts from God regardless of their abilities. We are a special needs friendly church and wish to include all children in our programs. If you have a kiddo that needs a little extra care, please email me prior to your first visit and I will work with you to understand your child’s needs and make sure that we are prepared for them.
