There will be no Sunday School on the Sundays of 1/16, 1/23 & 1/30.
After having to cancel Sunday school at the last minute the last two weeks due to a lack of healthy volunteers and teachers, we’re going to cancel Sunday school for the next three upcoming Sundays.
We hope to begin Sunday school again on February 6, if we‘re able to safely do so with adequate volunteers and teachers.
Talk with your Sunday School class and teacher to see if you’ll be meeting via Zoom and at what time.
We will continue to meet for worship.
There’s adequate space in the sanctuary to social distance with ease. Masking will continue to be required, but now we are also requesting that everyone wear a surgical mask, an N95, or a KN95 mask instead of cloth masks. If you’re unable to secure a mask of this type, the church will have surgical masks available at the doorway.
As we approach the two year mark in this pandemic, we do not have a single recorded case of covid transmission happening during worship or even during Sunday School at NorthHaven Church. Our protocols of distancing and masking are working.
We will continue to meet on Wednesday nights for adults, youth, and children.
We’re able to run Wednesday nights relying mainly on staff, therefore the widespread illnesses aren’t effecting Wednesday nights to the same degree as Sunday School. The new masking requirements apply on Wednesday nights as well beginning tonight (1/12).
Please pray for those who are sick and for the staff during this new season of pandemic life.
May the Lord bless and keep you all,
Jakob Topper, Senior Pastor
